The brothers Fabrizio and Giampiero Bolsieri start their individual enterprises, working on small mechanical equipment and mechanized automations. Their first customers are small and medium companies.


Fabrizio and Giampiero unite their companies in a single one called “FB COSTRUZIONI MECCANICHE”.


The company changes its name in “FB AUTOMAZIONE” and Fabio Sacchi joins the executive board as associate and as Sales Manager, with the task to build a commercial network. In a few years the company sales volume is doubled.


The market of logistics and transport steadily grows and FB becomes a leader in the express couriers field. DHL, TNT, SDA, BRT, FedEx, UPS and many others couriers choose FB to automate their plants all over the Italy, and so do our customers in Europe.


FB moves to Torre d’Isola, its actual location, and changed its name into “FBA”. At the same time the company starts to supply the fields of warehouses and industrial automation.


FBA starts the collaboration with our sales force in Germany who has the aim to manage the central and northern areas of Europe. From that moment on, FBA addresses its efforts toward the international market and it is fundamental to change the company organization, shifting from family business to modern company.


FBA has customers not just between express courier companies but also in logistics and industrial automation. Our clients are located all around Europe, North Africa, India and Middle East, nonetheless everyone at FBA keep working with the same passion of 1987, with his mind focused on the needs of the customers.
