From ULDs to envelopes, capturing data is often a bottle-neck for the handling process. Manual solutions are often too much slow to keep the pace with the increasing stream of parcels, pallets and envelopes.<\/p><p>The weighing-dimensioning process enables to check that the contents correspond with the packing list \u2013 that all items are present and accounted for so that the safety of customers orders is assured. Moreover this process allows to check that dispatch costs are correct.<\/p><p>Many transport companies calculate transport costs basing on volume, rather than weight; it is important that both factors are registered. Most of our solution to capture weigh and dimensions are also legal for trade.<\/p><p>Finally, the barcode scan permits to read destinations and other information mandatory for a fast parcel sorting during the outbound
